I've had my Protek for just over a year, and last evening when I switched it on there was no picture on any channel, just a pixelated mess on the screen. When I entered the Menu, it was unreadable. So today, after seeing there was no change, I did a factory reset. Now my box seems to be dead, no satellites, no channels, no Menu text, nothing. Is the box dead after only one year, or is there a procedure to follow to get it back up and running that is not described in the user manual.
I should mention that it's attached to a steerable 100cm dish which is currently pointing at 28 deg East.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
