Newbie starting setup

At last eventually got there, after storms and a failing mounting arm, have used T&K brackets etc. and got a guy to tune it, with use of a gauge.
Now having an issue trying to find the hidden menu on the Protek 9750, a friend who has came down and it doesn't appear, we have done a lengthy restore factory defaults and re-tuned channels....any ideas?

have you patched the box with 3rd party software as they are sold with fta firmware onboard,regards mdt

Yes, sorry should've updated here, had to back-track firmware from that on manufacturers site to other.
