Suggest box for recording TV, and with full EPG

I have been sky customer for 1.5 year until it become too expensive, after I have lost my job.
Need to get new box that could:
    1. record TV program while watching different channel at the same time, there is two cables coming from dish (I have spare external and internal HDDs)
    2. EPG, would be nice to have for all week, but at least day or two
    3. would be possible to use cccam/cline (sorry i'm new to those terms) to watch extra channels little bit cheaper
    4. option to connect motorized dish in near future (it is not necessary option could be without it)
    5. would be grate that I could watch .avi .mkv format movies from usb flash or external hdd, in worst case from network computer.

Biggest problem I have is the price. I have no money for nice box. Probably ?100 - ?150 I could spend.
If I cannot get anything good for current budget, could you offer something that would be still within reasonable price range please.

there are boxes that can do the above but generally not within that budget

have a read of this http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...pgrade-384217/

    and this http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...ox-get-388649/

    and this http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-setup-301108/

as for your option 3) you do know that cannot be talked about on here but that would add even more to your budget as the basic setup costs exceed your limited budget even without 3)

you get what you pay for, even then your 3) could "die" at any second !

There is probably only the amiko alien 2 that will do what you want in that price range ?150, but then like ramjet says there is still the cost of option 3 on top of that
