DV3 Box V3000 restarting automatically

I have DV3 Box V3000, and I am accessing channels via Internet, from lask week, my dv box automatically resarting almost after 3 or 4 minutes. i have checked my router connection and reset it many times, but no sucess.
can any body advise me, how to fix this problem.
