BT Sport SKybox F5S

Hi,

i need some advise, when i go to watch BT sport ( and a few other channels) on my Skybox F5S it comes up NO SIGNAL, i have bought the connector which is supposed to change the voltage or what ever it does, the guy who supplies my "GIFT" says he has BT sport but i cant seem to view it! any ideas anyone????
