blade 7000s help?

hi lads can not under stand why this happens . box runs fine when on. but say i go out for a few hours come back in switch telly on and it says scrambled channel i press 9991 it says connected but still scrambled channel so i have to switch box off from the back then back on. then channels come back on does any one no why this happens its doing my head in
