foriegn footy channels

which sats are these channels on? and what are they called, say i wanted to watch a liverpool match thats not on sky or bt etc.

do i need a motorized dish to recieve them?

I have a app on ipad, called soccer on sat get that or look on *** LJs LiveOnSat Football / Soccer Schedules on TV
and no you don't need a motorized dish to get them you could have a fix and say pick up 28.2e 19e and 13e and you could get the most premier league big boys football if there's such thing as big boys this season, before anyone throws a funny in I'm talking about my team guys

A Fixed dish with offset LNB's is OK but to get 99.9% of the matches your going to need a Motorised Dish so you have access to all satellites

So will my fixed sky dish be able to pick up 19e and 13e?? i thought it was only able to pick up 28.2e?

Is there footy channels on 19 and 13 yeah??

Also if i do a scan of those sats, and ad there corrosponding settings, will i recieve them? thanks.

2) yes , if that is where it is pointing (they usually are , in their millions)

3) yes

4) receive them ? = yes , decode them ? , no , unless you do what we dont talk about

it shouldnt do, but you should always backup your channel list with dreamboxedit or dreamset first, just in case !

Yes, as mentioned you will need a motorised dish and appx 1m dish.

As you posted in another thread that you are using AJ's channel list & the fact you mention you have a fixed dish, i suspect you are pointing at 28.2 east maybe on a small mini dish ? So you are currently restricted to what is being broadcast by UK tv companies.

But , yes, a skybox F5 will work on a motorised dish as i set one up a couple of months ago for a friend & it
seems to move across most satellites just fine.
