Spider box sd5000

Got a spider box 5000 and need help with newcamd I've payed for a server connection and got the details I no how to enter the details but it says port number the one in the text is 29000 the box says port to and port from
Any one no what to do? I've entered the port number into to and from and nothing I've tried different numbers and still nothing

Please help
I've loaded 2.32 patch on it is this the problem
