What size dish and what sattelite do I need to point at to receive the Iranian channels?

iranian channels are known to pop up and leave satellites without notice and most of the regional/national stuff is on 26east but on BADR-5 so its a non starter with a normal sized dish. i think the best bet might be a c-band set up but again your looking at a quality dish but maybe a fortec star 1.8m dish and although they have a bad rep if used for c band and set up correctly it should be fine and they are not expensive maybe ?150 inc lnb.
