Trying to lock on 24.5w

Hi I was trying to lock onto 24.5w for the Rugby League feed on Friday evening but couldn't find the satellite. I'm using a 1meter dish and live in the North West of England.
First off is this achievable and secondly if so what transponder details should I be inputting to find it?

for future reference try 11.626.H.13500. 7/8 DVBS/MPEG2 or 11.675.v.27500.7/8 DVBS/MPEG2
