Cloud ibox 2 stuck on startup.

Hi there,

my ibox stopped working,I was watching tv turned it off and when I turned it on in the morning, it wont start.its stuck on the boot screen (blue screen saying xp1000).I tried to flash new firmware openpli 4.0 two different versions but it didnt work.I can still access folders via ftp. the box was on its factory firmware and settings I wasnt changing anything so I couldnt cause malfunction.
Any chances it could be brought back to life?its only 3months old,still under warranty but the guy who I bought it from on ebay is not responding.

If usb drive is connected remove and reboot,

I did that several times but its not working.

Problem solved:I used backup image I downloaded from somewhere. regular openpli 4 for xp1000 is not working,needs to be patched.
