    do i need to change my spiderbox?

    HI guys i had to open another thread..i have now had my spiderbox 7000hd for about 3 years now ..do you guys think it is time i now change my box as it is old now...one annoying thing about my box is no support anymore for it plus ...i cannot get a 7 day epg ...what box do you guys suggest i buy now as an upgrade

      look into the vu solo2 to see what a satbox is about,vu oozzes support by many image makers i just use vix.

          ok guys i am looking for something that is a step up from my spiderbox ..things i want are 1080p,twin tuners as well as the ability to add both internal and external hard drive,and the abiility to put certain things i cant mention on here on it.......and also an EPG that is at least 14 days..I dont want a very expensive box as i have a fixed satellite dish.i was looking at the gigablue quad hd pvr or the vu solo something i can use a good image on....

              solo only has 1 tuner,dont think 14 days is possible,7 days yes.solo2 or duo2

                  hi any idea where i can get the solo 2 for a good price...plus will the older model from vu still have support the duo i mean

                      when new vu images are posted they are for all models so you will get support. but like everything in this hobby who knows how long anything will last, it could be yearsor weeks that's the way it's always been, i do know most uk dealers are offering the original duo for ?199 and you can also get a vu uno with a single tuner that can be changed for a twin tuner, the solo2 has twin tuners fixed to the mother board that cant be changed if they go wrong, there is also dealers selling the last of the vu ultimo's they have in stock so you have four models that
                      fit your needs and if your in the uk a google for vu sales in the uk will let you check for the best prices available
