    MTV hits on Eutelsat 36e

Hey everyone, this is my first post so pardon me if it's in the wrong section.

I have an OpenBox S1 receiver and my dish is set up for Eutelsat 36E, I can watch all channels no problem except MTV hits and few other channels. I live in Armenia (if that matters) and am watching NTV+. So yeah, I'd like to know why am I getting very low signal on MTV hits and few other channels when other channels in my package are just fine.

    Thanks in advance,

    Raul

Have you tried a manual scan to see if you pick it up. Most of the ready made bouquets are for 28.2 Astra Uk I'm afraid.
Might have more luck if the mods can move this to the Openbox/Skybox Section

You mean by entering its SR, FEC etc manually? I did actually, I've looked it up here: NTV Plus on Eutelsat 36A/36B at 36.0?E - LyngSat but they were different from what I had in my receiver, on the channel I was getting ~8-15 quality which was MTV hits of course.

Also, I tried messing with my dish today, just pushing it a bit, pushing it slightly towards the sky helped, I got 20-25% quality but then it disappeared completely, I kept getting 20-25% but no stream was coming, it was black screen I checked and both sound and video were at 0 mbit/kbit. I decided to move my dish a bit, not move to be honest, just flex lets say, I just pushed it from bottom, sides and top, because it states that MTV hits is at 35.9E unlike the rest of the channels which are at 36E... I'm completely new to this and I'm really confused right now... Why would one or few channels have very low signal when their package's other channels are at 100%?

And yes, please move this if it's in the wrong place, sorry for that.

        E: I think I've found the answer to my question... http://www.eutelsat.com/deploy_tvLin....do?b=NTV+PLUS http://www.eutelsat.com/deploy_tvLin...esTv.do?c=1879
All the channels that are missing (no signal) have the same coverage area as MTV hits, and the ones I've got have the same coverage as this: http://www.eutelsat.com/deploy_tvLin...esTv.do?c=1511
My country is the small one RIGHT under the coverage edge... Si I'm guessing there's no way to get those channels here right?

Off topic, can anyone give me a map like the one I posted for other packages Sky, Viaset etc so I can see which one I should look to move from NTV+.
