    DR HD d15 EPG

    Hi Folks,
    I am in the process of changing my box from F5s to a DR HD d15 I have flashed with 132 software and managed to clear the channels i was before but i was told these boxes show 7 day EPG and i can not get this working. Is there something simple or am i missing something?

    Also I am getting a lot of freezing with the d15 using the same cam as i was before?

    Any help would be much appreciated........

      For the EPG you need to have a USB stick inserted into the back of the box permanently as this is where it stores the information.

      Latest Firmware is 133p and not 132p, and just to let you know about the side we cannot discuss it works fine here no problems i would investigate some where else apart from the box.

          great thanks, i have installed a USB in to the back of the box and updated to 133p the EPG is now working but only on a select few channels. Do i need a huge amount of storage on the stick for it to work constantly?

              no not a huge amount as the epg data is only small, you also may have to wait a while while the EPG propagates for all channels or just stick the receiver on the EPG channel so it can download faster

              EPG channel is 11778 V 27500

                  ok so i have installed the USB stick and scanned the frequency you provided but i am still getting speradic EPG it only works on 40-50% of the channels. could this be due to my channel list?
                  apart from this issue the box seems to be good and very quick is there anything else i can try? before i give up....... :-/
