Drake Motor wont reset

i have drake motor, was working fine but now it wont move,i have done hard reset by pressing and holding the buttons until the lights flashes,
when i try and use manual move buttons (left and right) all i can hear click sounds and the dish wont move,
what could be the possible reasons.
1)motor gone busted
2) or not getting enough current from the box

any help will be much appreciated

I presume you mean a DARK Motor if so you could try and send the Motor to '0' position with your receiver which will re-write the satellite table built in back to factory default, or if you go back up to the motor when its on Zero disconnect the Receiver LNB cable from the motor leve a few seconds then hold both buttons in and re-connect the receiver cable back to the motor while holding both buttons in for at least 5 seconds this should do a Hard Reset on the Motor itself
