Is there anyone know If I can watch from PC (XMBC) Bein Sports from Humax satellite receiver?

If your using the official receiver and subscription i would have a look on the Bein Sport website and see if you can get online access as part of your official Sub.

Im not from middle east so I cant have access with Bein Sport Website (GEO Blocked)....

then you will have to circumnavigate the Geo block by either using a paid for or try a free VPN, Hola! for Chrome is suppose to be half decent although i have never tested it myself
