I have lost every other channel on 1.0W. Help

I have downloaded the captains settings and after that i lost all the signal on 1.0w [thor]. My motor is not even moving to that satellite when i press a channel like BBC world. Have i done something stupid?

My image, pli-jade is giving the satellite as 0.8w but captains has replaced that as 1.0w

Disable all limits and then try..if not then goto motor setup and fine tune it!

You need to manually add the thor satellite to your setup, the box is confused as you have 0.8west and 1west, although they are basically the same thing! It's a common problem.

Ensure you have an up to date satellites.xml installed. Then press Menu, then 6 to bring up the system settings. Scroll to Satellites and transponders. Click on Satellite configuration. Press Yellow button. A new position will be highlighted, use the drop down box to search for 1.west, select that then press green to save it. exit out of menus then reboot the receiver.

this has helped one time. i now have 1.0w only after i deleted 0.8w and make a new blind scan. thanks mate
