    9760HD lost signal

    Hi all,

I'm owning a protek 9760HD connected to a not motorized dish. All was working just fine up until a few days ago where suddenly the signal fell away. Any channel I would choose now, only the 'no signal' message is what I get. I've checked all the cables and connections, restarted the device (unplugged every cable) but nothing seems to work. Going into the Settings -> Installation tab, I see that my 3 satelites are still configured like before only the 'Quality'-meter is empty while the 'Stregth' is filling up about 70%.

What is 'Quality' meter indicating ? Could this be the reason I get no signal on my channels ? Anyone any idea how to solve this ?

Would the dish have moved slightly?

need to know more about your setup by"a not motorised dish" I take it you have a fixed dish with 3LNBs on a diseqc 1.0 setup what are the sats?.ignore the strength meter the green quality bar is what counts and on your box should be around the halfway point on must TPs.Its unusual for fixed dishes to move if correctly installed but if you state what satellites plus a couple of FTA channels you used to get We can probably sort you out.
