TSMedia, what ya get with that on a Vu+ Duo (genuine box) ?

Ok, this TSmedia thing or whatever it is called ?

Is that the addon thing that gives access to streaming allsorts of stuff (via the internet) on your box ?

I had it installed before (i think), but I cant remember much about it apart from the fact that it gave Live Sports streams, movies, tv programmes, very Filthy prawn etc, basically hundreds of stuff from anywhere in the world, thats what I seem to remember.

Anyway, I have a genuine VU+Duo box, can someone please tell me what the best latest stable image is to have installed for all round use and also for these type of add-on things please ?
