Two diseqc switches into one reciever

    Hi guys

Wondering if anyone has any knowledge on this.

I have two dishes connected to my vu duo. One Input is to a sky zone 2 minidish pointed at 28.2.

Input 2 is connected to a 2 input disqec switch one with 28.2 for recording on and the other is connected to a second dish with 13 e on it. This works fine but I am wanting to put a monoblock on the 13e dish which has a built in switch. So this dish with the monoblock will have a switch which will then go to another switch then to the box.

    will this work?

Not without additional hardware. The monoblock lnb and diseqc switch are both committed switches so you need to add a pass through splitter type thing to the monoblock lnb to split it back into 2 cables then change the 2 way diseqc for a 4 way inputting all the single feeds into it. Can't remember the name of the splitter thingy.
This is where digicon usually steps in and gives all the proper names of the switches you need cause I always forget.
