OpenPli 4, hard drive off when in standby ? (how to)

I have a Genuine Vu+duo and OpenPli 4 is installed.

I am sure I can hear the hard drive whirring away when the box is in standby mode.

Is there an option to turn the hard drive off when the box is in standby please ?

if so, can you tell me how as I am not too sure, I will have a good idea though if you
just tell me how to etc. (if it is actually possible I mean).

Go To the main menu and then Setup and then Hard Drive settings and switch to one of the other settings 30s, 60secs, 5mins etc...
