That's correct but C/T will get you hd cable but only sd terrestrial. Whereas C/T2 will get hd on terrestial as well.

I have sent mine back to be tested .For some reason when i enhanced the sharpness of the picture it went the opposite way and started to blur the picture instead.I may have to change my reciever to another

I have heard vix are working on it but not from the horses mouth so it could just be garbage.

all up and running with open mips 4.0 image fast response on the remote and downloads
crossepg running well using xepgdb works way quicker , that downloads pretty quick alot faster than me dm800
put about 10 plugins on and no lag to the image no crashes realy to speak about only on some plugins which happends on any E2 box any way
well nice big screen on front of box
so all in all i like it

Mine arrives on Thursday. Red apple were out of stock though so ended up getting it from ebay.de shop thingy. Worked out at 291 delivered with cable tuner already installed

dont think your be disapointed highlander i tryed the hybrid tuner with with terristrial aerial works well
just need to get some cable to try the hybrid tuner with cable tv side of things and see how that goes
added the coolman epg plugin working well with crossepg
and look for a different skin to cause the default one dont look to hot

Try openatv it is an absolutely cracking image. Same Button layout as vix. By that I mean channel up and down actually is channel up and down and the likes, the epg is similar to vix so no need for coolmans to be added but everything is as configurable as black hole rather than where with vix an awful lot is done for you and you can't change it. All the cams can't be set to start automatically after gui restart whets that isn't so easy to set on vix. The one down side is it's nowhere near as stable of vix

Hi Westkill .I was very impressed with my gigablueplus quad for speed but i did have an issue with the defintion on some sd channels.You couldnt confrim when sharpning the picture in av settings it gets worse before it gets better ? Thanks m8.Rhurbarb

i never realy touch the av setting to much usally just use the tv settings more than anything but on the whole some sd channels seem beter than others dont no if thats a broardcast thing or not on some channels i guess

Thanks m8 .Not sure if this is the way the guad is programmed or i have had a reciever which hasnt been fine tuned correctly.Shame i havnt got another giga here to test it against the other .

maybe future driver software updates ? possible , have you tryed your box on different tv or with different hdmi lead m8

Hi Bud.I did try another image .Also on another tv too..And i tried two other hdmi cables.I tried what i could because i really wanted to keep this box
