synaps channell list....???

hi there, i got my parents couple of the cheap synaps combo boxs and set them up with saorview and 28 east, they are oap's and not fussy, its better than the few channels they had left on there tapped in upc , the question is this, is there any channel files out there for this box with the saorviews and 28 east in some sort of a good order for ease of use for them as they are pushing on in years and not realy good with technology, i had a quick search around google and im drawing a blank, if i cant get one i guess its sit down for an hour and do it myself manually/

vortex satellite sell these and state they come with a pre prgrammed list, give them a shout and they may email you a list. which model did you buy and where?
