gigablue new tuner

bought a hybrid tuner for the gigablue quad fitted it and its not seen any idea's

i thought they were meant to be plug and play

do you not see it in menu > setup> service searching > tuner configeration as c tuner
or menu > setup > service searching > manual scan and scroll to the right as c tuner

i take it you must tryed pull the power and back on again

Same as westkill my hybrid tuner was recognised straight away. Just to add even though westkill has advised you correctly make sure the tuner is seated properly or even try it in the other slot

same here, although i have no access to cable or a tv ariel my third tuner a dvb-c/t combo tuner was detected perfectly, as above make sure it is seated correctly before any further fault finding.

sorry been away, tried all that still not detected phoned wos where i bought it to see if they have any ideas

m8 was using open rsi then i flashed open mips, still not found then tried openvix, what do you know tuner seen. thanks for your suggestion
