    cryptobox 400 hd help please

    I bought a cryptobox 400 hd from a local guy, the channels were working for 1 year, they have stopped working now and the guy is telling me I have to pay ?70 for another year. Is there any way I can do it myself, if someone can give me some advice or a link on how to go about it..any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
