Problem with REDLINE TS300 HD

I had borrowed a REDLINE TS300 HD from my friend, though I get around 300+ channels, many of them appear with $ sign and when I try to view the channel, it says "Scrambled Channel". What should I do about this? Appreciate the help.

that maybe something beyond we cannot talk about due to rules no card sharing talk about=google is your friend.
or maybe as simple as rebooting box and router?
