Not sure which Skybox model you have not used one myself in a while but i am sure there are A.n.a.l.ouge connections on the back Yellow,Red,White which you could connect up to an RF modulator and distribute around the home.

assuming that is that both Video output connections work at the same time

I have used and still have but no longer use an adaptor it converts scart output to RF out it has other inputs and ouputs on it but cant remember without going rooting in the garage.
check with digicon but im sure this is what your looking for RF Modulator

        here's the specs

This RF digital modulator allows you to use devices that have SCART or RCA phono outputs only (sky box, xbox 360 etc) on a TV or video that has no SCART or Phono inputs or none spare. It also allows you to set up a dedicated channel for a device instead of displaying it on an AV channel. It is ideal for use for things such as DVD, CCTV and gaming etc. Outputs channels 21-69 with LED display screen to indicate which channel your on. Channels can be adjusted the with the Up and Down keys on the device. Mains adaptor and coaxial fly lead included.

        Specifications:

        • Power supply: 12Vdc 250mA
        • Input connectors: SCART, RCA and Coaxial
        • Output connectors: SCART and Coaxial
        • Dimensions measure: 122 x 31 x 83mm
        • Weight: 148g
        • Outputs channels 21-69
        • LED display screen to indicate channel
        • Channel adjustment with Up and Down keys
        • SCART out loop through for connection to VCR
