problem with blade 5000s

hi to all.
need your help please!

i have blade 5000s box. just downloaded p....atched image from this forum and intalled to box.
i need to put my line.
but i cant access 9991 menu
when i press 9991 with remote on any channel nothing happens, just comes up on screen "invalid channel"
what am i doing wrong?
please help
