Hi I have one still got lots of channels, however some of my sly hd channels have started to drop, think it may be time to upgrade as I can't find any software updates & all threads & topics on it have been closed....

Nothing at all wrong with the receivers although they have no more support via Firmware wise they can still work with the emulators that are built into them and also you can still use Softcam keys and Biss keys for certain channels, all in all if it still works may as well make use of it.

Regarding the HD channels on 28.2? east then you could do with reading this thread here: http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...pdates-415292/ which will explain everything if you want the short version they are gone never to return, Cant be any clearer than that

agree with previous answers, I stilll have a 7000 on a dark motor and it still works fine in the manner intended, despite no firmware updates for years

read what digicon says about those scrambled channels, nobody is clearing them no matter which box they use so upgrading is pointless if its only for that one purpose
