If you do go for one of the recievers recommended by ramjet I would recomend you stick to VIX or OPENATV images, with both these images all the buttons on the remote do what they say they do, by that I mean the channel up and down button just changes the channel and the epg opens the epg, I mention this as if you buy a vu+ it will likely come with blackhole installed and this image can be very confusing with the button layout. Don't get me wrong blackhole is a very very good stable image albeit a tad confusing to use but the other two images I mentioned are much more user friendly and of the those two I prefer apenatv just because i find it as configurable as blackhole but as user friendly as vix. That's just my tuppence worth and my own personal preference, others will have other preferences
