Help needed for updating channels on f5

Hi all, newbie here. Got a Slybox f5 about 3 months ago and unfortunately the channels have now been scrambled grrrrr!! just looking for help on updating the channel lists. Looked on AJSAT but it doesn't appear to have a f5 list??

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Changing the channel list will not unscramble what is scrambled. That is a different issue altogether and cannot be discussed
