NO Signal on HD channels. (AZBoX HD Pr.)

For some reason i cannot get any signal on any SKY HD channels, same with Canal+ sport Nordic HD 1w.
I also get this problem on most other HD channels including FTA ones. My dish is Perfect and tracks All satellites aloud to do so due to a few obstructions. My Lat and Long settings are the same as my two other Sat receivers and they work well. We get good sig quality on all SD channels. I thought it may be because of the 30000 symbol rate but im sure i just bought a "HD" receiver.
BBC HD works and so does LUXE TV HD but ITV HD doesnt, SS HD doesnt either. PLus sooo many others.

hello mate sorry I can"t give much help but ITV HD may be listed as channel 10510. 11.428 H 27500 Vpid 3401 Apid 3402 Ppid 3401.

To me it would seem as if the firware is not correct ! if you are not receiving the signal as would be the case with a SD receiver it does not show up !

Not been Nasty but as Devilfish pointed out in a recent post, The reason he has not added a tread for this receiver is because they have a dedicated fourm for this receiver, maybe you should post your issue on there !

If your Dish is correctly ontrack with these satellites and not receiving the signal and the receiver is HD model it points more to the receiver not doing the Job its supposed to be doing 1. the HD tuner is no working properly 2. the Firmware is incorrect.

Try a previous version of the firmware seeing as there have been some issues with Azbox and there team of testers announcing there stopping support especially concerning this particular Receiver ! I have read other reports from the Manufactuer stating this is not the case but a manufactuer will always back there product ........ Try a previous version of the Firmware .......

OK. Cheers Alun - Sorry DF. I have fixed the problem, it got told it was the Modulation and Pilot settings but after playing with them i had no luck so we decided to downgrade the F/W to "0.9.2371"(which is recommended by most) and it works a treat now although there are a few problems.
