Blade 5000s issue

Hi guys,

I've had my blade 5000s for just over 6 months now and it doesn't seem to be working. The blue light on the box flashes or sometimes turns into a solid light. The picture isn't showing at all and i can't get a hold of the supplier. What do you lot think it could be? How do I hard reset the box?
