channel not available

I am getting this message ''Channel not available on unofficial receiver'' on my cloud Ibox 2+ it is running VIx mage with auto bouquets, it is mainly channels like 5 hd, Itv2 hd, Itv 3 HD etc. Itv HD works OK. Has anyone got a fix for this ? Thanks

You can only receive those channels on a legit box. The SD version should work for you

you wont decode those as they are not FTA or FTV channels, they are scrambled and so not available

so your box is behaving correctly
