PROTEK 9760 HD IP

Hi Ive had a protek 9760 HD IP box for about 2 years. Ive had no problems at all and bouquets have been fine.
Ive had to reboot and leave it off sometimes but they always come back on.

Now Ive only got 2 bouquets out of a dozen or so I originally had.

Could this be something to do with the satellite changes or is it just a case that Ive lost the bouquets permanently.

The ones I had were all for Polish, italian, spanish satellites...in other words 28.2 and 13 as I live in France..

Any help/advice would be gratefully accepted

Sorry mate but you have lost the bouquets for good as your box is out of time.to get them back you will need to buy a new box the 9720 HD is the cheapest option. and you should get 2/3yrs out of it but there are no guarantees with this type of box.If you do decide to buy another I can help with initial setup if needed.
(I think you mean 19.2E and 13.0E)

spiderbox 6000hd can be got for ?68 inc p+p including 12 months connection and has softcam,b*** functions and will run N and C also ive always been a protek fan and user but if they are putting time limits on their stb,s (connection)now as they have been they could at least add emu functions and C aswell as N capability imo,regards mdt

Here is a little tip, for anyone with a Protek with only just 2 bouquets.
On Protek 9710 and 9720 (maybe others), you can get to a hidden menu from the remote control by :
1 pressing USB
2 then press "+" key that is just under the menu button

You should then see a new screen that would enable you to add some additional capability.

have u tried reinstalling the software ,this worked for me om mk1
