    What do you have set for voltage on the dm800 on tuner set up put more voltage to the lnb see if it makes a difference via tuner set up then test all boxes connected.
    it may give the lnb a boost. my dm800 always has a small voltage going through it.

    its always something very simple don't over think the problem.

        The sky man came out and said bad connection on the wire. Plugged it back in and Ok.. Didn't watch last night and same really. Lot of channels don't work now. After rescan they are blacked out

            Get him back and tell him to change the lnb.What did he plug back in?It's not possible to do this yourself?
