blade bm7000 combo channels help !!

hope this is ok to post hear ... got a bm7000 combo but all s*y channels are scrambelled i belive it is somthing to do with the person it was bought of fireware is all upto date but channels are stil scrambled any help is appreciated thanks been informed that their is a line in somthing that cuts you off after a year and he needs to come back charge you the earth and everything comes back on again
