DStv - Where in Europe can this be reciever solidly?

Hi guys, I'm trying to help out a company get a DStv (36e SSA beam) system

Question is where in Europe can this be setup?

they have 4m dishes at their disposal.

Locations mentioned so far, are Madrid, and Cyprus.

Would any of those two locations be viable?

Is this the african beam? I know for sure in UK, France you cant get this

i guess the only way you will know is try it.... but with a 4m dish you have a better chance than most,regards mdt
