    multiblock LNB set up.

hi there, any south of irelnad members help me out, i have a triax TD88 dish and i just purchased a multiblock holder for it i want to put my 28 east quad LNB on it and 3 normal LNB's, my question is this, how do i go about it which LNB goes nearest the centre and which sat do i lock the dish off at before i line up the other LNB's, any help appreciated.

this pic should give a rough idea as to whats needed but the measurements will need adjusting depending on the dish you use and the sats you want.I did a 13.0E,16E,19.2E and 23.5E setup on an 85cm gibertini dish with 16.0E as prime but bullet nosed "alps"lnbs had to be used due to the close spacing.you will have more room if you use a 1mt dish.
you may need bullet nosed lnbs with your 88cm dish

This is my td88 with standard inverto black ultra. Left to right on this picture 23.5, 19.2, 13, 9. To pick up 28.2 instead of 9 the lnb had been moved so that it is to left of 23.5 as you look at the dish the close up shows how close the lnb are

thanks lads, i'm hoping to get 28,19,13,9. so i'm thinking 19 should be my centre point and then go from there, as i look into the dish with 19 my centre point will the LNB for 28 be placed to the left of 19 and then the other 2 LNB's to the right of 19. my dish is a TD88 and its a 4 way multiblock adapter designed for this dish, will that set up be ok for the sats i want in south east ireland, if not whats my best options on what i can pull in with the dish i have and the position i'm in. thanks for your help

yeah the setup is as you say(its a mirror image) that pic of mine is showing it looking from behind the dish Its a matter of trial and error to see exactly what you can get but 10 degrees either side of prime should be ok.

Your focal sat will be 16 for those as the td multiblock doesn't have a central lnb so you use the standard single lnb holder and peak 16 then swap to the multi and line up 19 and 13 exactly the same as my setup pic. By using 16 as prime focus you will be able to line up every sat between and including 28.2 which will just be on very left edge of the holder as you look at it to 4.8 which lands on the very right hand edge. This is my setup as 28.2, 23.5, 19.2 & 13....... 9 & 4.8 fit in the space on the right I just run out of lnb . If you zoom into the close up you may just see two pen marks on the bottom of the rail on the left of the pic. They are for 9 & 4.8

13 & 19 will get you hardcore xxx 24hrs a day and you will find most games on either 13, 19 or 9. 3pm's you have to take what you can get unless you go motorised over 1.2m probably even bigger if in Scotland or Ireland.
