    MULTIPLE STB's AND TWO DISHES

    Greetings all,
    Some advice required please.
Currently have three stb?s and two dishes at 28Eand 7E.
Stb1 (TM5402HDCi+) on single cable to external 2 x diseq switch ?then on to quad lnb at 28E and to single lnb at 7E.
Stb2 on single cable to quad lnb at 28E.
Stb3 on single cable to quad lnb at 28E.

Question ? Is it possible to connect Stb3 to thesecond dish at 7E, without running any more cable.
Keep up the good work chaps, any advice is most appreciated.

thinking you need another diseqc switch and to change lnb from single to quad, then both feeds can run to diseqc and down single to box.

cactikid's suggestion above is the most feasible, personally while your at it you might as well get a couple of 2x1 switches and connect both STB2 + 3 up to both dishes

Thanks for suggestions chaps. I really do not want to run a second cable to the dish at 7E if possible.

Can I run a 2xdiseq switch into a second one, or am I loosing the plot here, bit confused.

Afraid you cant do it that way if you want another feed to stb2 from your dish @7? east then you will need at least a dual LNB and a 2x1 diseqc switch there is no other way around it

            Hi Digicon.

Thanks for quick reply, I understand now, twin or quad lnb at 7E, two cables to 2xswitch.

            Thanks for the help.
