CCcam 2.1.3

Hi guys, I am new on this I need any help you give me.

I bought DreamBox 500-s, but I cant download CCcam 2.1.3 or any CCcam. I dont know how it works, what I have to do to download CCcam 2.1.3 or others CCcams.

Please help me, slowly step by step if possible, I am new in this staff. Thanks.
