MOI+ Streaming Box with DVB-S2 Dual Tuner Dual CI Card

I bought this box thinking of streaming different channels to different clients but wondering now if you can stream channels outside your network to different clients or time zone? Also if so how do you make an m3u8 file or iptv list with tvheadend software which is not very user friendly if you are an windows user?
Anyone with knowledge about this device because the official website which sell this devices only answer the very basic question and not the one that costumers want to know?

This product is meant to be used on an internal network streaming channels/Radio around a building and not externally, if you wish to stream externally you will need extra DVB-S2/T/C/T2 cards and a Multicast Switch/Router

I bought it with DVB-S2 card and is working ok internally but not to user friendly with tvheadend web interface. I wondering also what Multicast Switch/Router would you recommend?
      Thank you
