    need more info really is this a new instal etc;
    if you are using usals send the dish to say 28.2E then try adjusting your longitude position in the box by 1.0 degrees at a time east/westward til you get some sort of signal then change to 0.2 degrees at a time to fine tune but make sure you have an active TP set in the box

        send your motor to zero and then switch off/on at back and try again. if you need a installer to sort it PM @digicon,regards mdt

          Do you think the motor could've moved on the pole or dish on motor?Has it been windy?Make alignment marks on the pole and motor bracket and dish to motor etc ,and then check to see how secure the dish is.Cheers
