maxx 1000 software updates

Hello, I have just bought a maxx 1000 box, and set it up yesterday, however, I can`t get all the channels I expected eg supersorts digitalb.
I am brand new to all this so I don`t know, but can you download something or do something to open more channels ?

everything you need is in the general sat section... just take your time and work back through the protek/maxx1000/nanoxx threads untill you find what you need. you can also update your box with the remote control, regards mdt

the softcam hasnt been supported on the 9600ip/maxx1000 stb,s for a long while although you can add b.i.s.s. keys in the menu,s. regards mdt

i cant really remember but its something like yellow while on the b.i.s.s. channel to see the provider id then i think its red or fav and ok to add the key itself,regards mdt
