TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE GIGABLUE QUAD PLUS ORDER.

Hi all 14 days ago I ordered a new Gigablue Quad plus from hm-sat de they took my payment via credit card thought there would be no problem as this is where I bought my Quad from at the beginning of the year which was delivered and had no problems.
But always a but I have sent 4 Emails now with no reply no confirmation of my order really peeved now, have not the decency to reply to my emails, I will be claiming my money back via my credit card.

My dilemma now is where to buy a Quad plus for around the same price or less, the box I ordered came with 2xsat tuners 2xcable tuners plus 500gb hdd and a single cable tuner for my Quad for ?346

Any recommendations please want to buy as soon as I get my money back thanks all.

Personally never had a problem with MM-Sat.de and have ordered off them for over 2 years now always responded to emails as they all speak english, Have you tried contacting them via Phone as the number is in the Contact info page.

I got my Quad Plus from Satshop.tv who at the time where the cheapest out of the German e-tailors including any UK based company's

Hi digicon tried ringing several times got through twice and they picked receiver up and slammed it back down again obviously caught them on a bad day.
As I said got excellent service from them in January this is why I went back to them I am really hoping I can get it sorted as it was the cheapest I could find at the time.
ringing them again later today hopefully will get a better reception.

Finally got through quite helpful but my account number on their site is totally different to the one they have given me hence no reply to my emails.

they have given me a tracking number the parcel has been here over a week and has not been delivered as the address label has come off great cannot get it delivered until I can prove who I am.

I used them the other week and as usual came well packaged.

the responsibility for delivery lies with them and their parcel service , as its them who have the contract

tell them to chase up this parcel company and get them to sort out the issues as its them who have the contract

As ramjet says, it's up to the sender to sort it out. They must have paperwork to prove that the tracking number is linked to your address. Surely all they have to do is email the delivery company with proof.

btw...how did you find out that the address label had come off?

surely he could collect it as the tracking number is only available to the hacker

the answer is simple for the retailer

they email or contact DHL, send them a new label by email , autorised as the contract owner, tell them toi sellotape said label to the errant parcel, and deliver it to the buyer

Went to the depot today to get my parcel today total idiots DHL they use parcel force to deliver some of their parcels so had to go to their depot as the tracking number belonged to parcel force could have told me before on the phone before I left ended up tracking across Manchester to another depot to find out the only reason It was not delivered was the house number had been rubbed of, my name and everything they needed to deliver it apart from the number. "have they never heard of the electoral roll could have found me in seconds.

and to piss me off completely they never even looked at any ID

I thought the name and address via credit card payments good enough for ID if that’s the way they got your cash!!!!
