is there any providers except ESPN on 15W that are available on the normal sats that have english audio during the matches

if you mean EPL then the answer is NO!, there has been the odd occasion where a satellite feed has had english audio. I know a lot prefer the Games on D+ spain 19.2? east where you can exchange the spanish commentary for just the Crowd background noise
