Satextrem S18 Wifi problem

I got this box today but when I try to set up the Wifi the box can't see my network.

All my other devices can see my network and some other nearby ones but the box can't see any at all.

Have I missed something somewhere?

I bought this box from amazon and I'm really disappointed with it. First of all the firmware that it has is broken it can't switch between satellites (if you have 2 LNBs) so you need to upgrade firmware which is outdated as well, wouldn't recommend it to anyone considering the price. Don't know why I didn't return it straight away, it's been a month so I hope they'll accept my return.
