the only one that comes to mind at present is the Golden Interstar LX2 which is a satellite receiver with an additional Plug & Play slot for either a DVB-S2 or DVB-C/T/T2 tuner coupled with OpenATV image and you have autobouquets for most of the popular satellites out there as well as UK cable, I believe currently retails for around ?170 if you include the cable tuner.
Blade media have just brought out there new BM8000 Combo machine which again is fixed Satellite and Fixed DVB-C/T/T2 tuner but is closed source firmware, This has only just come on the market and you would need to source the 9991 frimware from somewhere so it can be used for other means. Retail on this appears to be a reasonable ?119.
I also hear that Technomate are also in-line to announce another model to accompany the 5402HD M3 version i assume it will be identical to the blade 8000 as they always seem to come from the same factory, But expect slightly better support with a readily available patched firmware upon release. Price wise i would assume they would have to match the Blade or there abouts so maybe ?119 or even ?129 only guessing though

Are you after a Linux or non-Linux box?
There a few non-linux boxes - Technomate TM-6092, Spiderbox HD9000 Combo, Ferguson Arriva 252, Amiko Combo, Blade 9000, Ibox Cloud (can't remember which model)
I've got a Technomate and find the image to be rock solid, although the EPG doesn't always populate (I believe that there is a firmware update to fix it) and the menu's might seem a little dated to some. I've also had a Spiderbox HD9000 (although not the combo) and find it a nice, easy box to use.
Amiko's and Blade's seem to have their loyal supporters. I've no experience of the Ferguson.
I'm sure that there a few linux boxes with twin tuners as well.

Hi mate, thank you for your reply, I don t mind linux or not linux receivers, can I ask you what technomate twin tuner do you have please? I am definetely looking for a sat+terrestrial tuners box and I do like technomate boxes but I must say I am tempted by the xpeed lx2 (enignma 2)Are you after a Linux or non-Linux box?

I bought it for my grandparents for a number of specific reasons, therefore I didn't really test it an awful lot. I was looking for something which would be simple to set-up, easy to operate and hard to brick or change the settings. I was also looking for something where I was able to combine the channel listing of both the sat and terrestrial into one listing and able to do what we can't talk about on this forum. Also able to add an external HDD. The one thing that I didn't try to do was to see if you can record sat and watch terrestrial at the same time.Hi mate, thank you for your reply, I don t mind linux or not linux receivers, can I ask you what technomate twin tuner do you have please? I think that the Dreambox 7020 and 7025 were both twin tuners and at least one of the VU range is also a twin tuner.
Hope this helps.Comment
