Lost 16e!

i have managed to lose 16e. I no longer get signals from any channel on it.. what could it be? can someone confirm this satellite not been shot down ...

Nope working fine, just checked DigiA*b and ITV P*rtner, all going.

Are you sure the dish is turning to 16E? I messed up my satellites the other day and found that i had lost 13E in the setup. Had to go into satellites and transponders and add it back in.
