    sky blue card

    my mate has just recieved his white sky card and has switched over to it on his sky plus box i have taken his old blue card and installed cccam2.1.2 on my open media, supprisingly it works full sky package does anyone know how long this will last its been 5 days now and still working.

    you installed ccam and the card now works? does it work without the card or does the card work without ccam?

      The blue card will work ok with cccam and as long as you dont put it back in to the receiver that has the white card in it you should be ok till they do the full change over as soon as they do that it will stop working and im sure this will be soon

        i put the card in tried it bothways up but i only got open the free channels, after installed cccam it worked with gold strip face up. i was just curious to try thats all and i new to the satside so anything that i try and something happens is a bonus for me

            the card is definately gold chip up jackpot maybe someone else can confirm as to why this is on the openmedia, maybe the card reader is this way up or my box was built wrong
